    Major John Lycett Wills was born on 29 May 1910.3 He was the son of Arnold Stancomb Wills and Hilda Caroline Lyon.3 He married Hon. Jean Constance Elphinstone, daughter of Sidney Herbert Elphinstone, 16th Lord Elphinstone and Lady Mary Frances Bowes-Lyon, on 25 July 1936.1 He died in 1999.3

    He gained the rank of Major in the Life Guards.3 He held the office of High Sheriff of Berkshire in 1958.3 He lived at Allanbay Park, Binfield, Berkshire, EnglandG.3
