  • give my son JOHN FUGATE one shilling sterling;
  • to my son JOSIAS FUGATE one shilling sterling;
  • to my son RANDOLPH FUGATE one shilling sterling;
  • to my son MARTIN FUGATE one shilling sterling;
  • to my daughter ANN SWILLIVANT one shilling sterling;
  • to my wife MARY FUGATE all my whole estate during her life & at her death then give it all to my son FRANCIS FUGATE ..
