• I JOSIAS FUGATE of Brunswick Parish in the county of King George ..
• give my son JOHN FUGATE one shilling sterling;
• to my son JOSIAS FUGATE one shilling sterling;
• to my son RANDOLPH FUGATE one shilling sterling;
• to my son MARTIN FUGATE one shilling sterling;
• to my daughter ANN SWILLIVANT one shilling sterling;
• to my wife MARY FUGATE all my whole estate during her life & at her death then give it all to my son FRANCIS FUGATE ..
• appoint my son FRANCIS FUGATE Executor .. this 18th day of March 1757.
• Presence of Francis Martin, Josias x Fugate
• Edward x Pitcher, Andw. x Brown
• At a court held .. 2nd June 1757 .. will presented into court and ordered to be recorded.
