Alice was born about 1550.

Alice Gregson, widow of Sharrow Hall, Thurvaston, Derbyshire, made a will on 29 February 1600/01 naming her sons Henry, Francis, Thomas and Richard, her daughter Martha, her mother Merry, and her daughters Ann Hill and Mary Heare; she made her son-in-law Lawrence Hill and son Henry Gregson executors and her brother-in-law James Draper and son-in-law Gregory Heayre overseers. The will was proved at Lichfield on 5 July 1604 by her son Henry.[1]

Widow Gregson was buried at Sutton on the Hill on 19 April 1601.[2]
