Ann (__) was probably born before 1630 based on the likely date of her marriage and births of her children. Her origins are unknown.
Marriages
She married first James Lane, probably before 1650 in England. As described in more detail in his profile, they were still living in England as late as 1654, but by about 1658 had arrived in the Massachusetts Bay Colony where they settled in Wescustogo (North Yarmouth) on Casco Bay in what is now Maine. James died in an Indian attack on the Casco Bay settlements in about 1675 or 1676.[1]
After James's death, Ann married second the widower Henry Kenney of Salem Village. They were married before 16 August 1681, when Henry is identified as the husband of James Lane's widow in the probate papers relating to the administration of James's estate.[1]
Death
Ann was still living on 4 April 1682, when an account that her second husband Henry Kenney submitted in the administration of her first husband's estate was accepted by the Middlesex County Court.[1] Florance Keeney Roberts claimed in 1947 that Ann "was probably the "Old Widow Kinney" buried in Salem, Sept. 12, 1712, according to Rev. Geer's Diary."[2] However, more recent published research has challenged this claim, asserting that no such diary or record has been located and describing Robertson's treatment of Kenry Kenney as "spurious."[3] So it is uncertain whether this death date claim is reliable.

James Lane died intestate leaving six children who shared his estate.
