Justinian Noe; m. Anne Lemaster; d. aft. Nov 1742 when she recd allowance from county (CCCR 39.462); d/o Abraham Lemaster of Charles Co.; in 1709 Justinian was alleged to have broken the law by trading with a servant in Mar 1707/8 CCCR B#2.584);
Abraham Lemaster 's will written 20 Sep 1722 states "dau. Anne to dwell on some part of land during her husband's absence (MCW V.121);

Anne Noe, a poor infirm woman, is allowed 1000 lbs of tobacco.
1733 - Widow Noe is in the 1733 Tax List of Newport East Side, Charles Co., Md., with 1 taxable.
Comment: This is the only Noe in the 1733 Tax List of Charles Co. It belongs to either Anne Lemaster Noe or Sarah Noe, the widow of John Noe, Jr.
