Biography
Ann Manning was born at Boston, Massachusetts on March 12, 1651/2, and baptized at the FIrst Church on March 21, 1651/2, daughter of John and Ann (Parker) Manning. [1] [2]
In her grandfather Richard Parker's will written on January 23, 1672 and probated on February 21, 1672, he names: grand daughter Ann Sands and her husband John, two tenements next to the Meeting House, after their mother Anne Manning's death. [3]
She married John Sandys about October, 1669 at Boston. [4] John was born there on August 28, 1646, son of Henry and Sybil (unk) Sandys. [2] [1]
Her first husband John Sandys died by June 2, 1676, when widow Ann was granted administration of his estate. [1] [5] [6]
She married second, Robert Jones shortly after March 26, 1679. [1]
Her second husband, Robert Jones was living in Maryland by 1682. [1]
Robert Jones, of Maryland left a will dated March 1, 1685 and proved on April 1, 1685, in which he named his wife 'Anne of Boston' as his residual heir. [1]
Ann Jones died at Boston on February 16, 1707. [1]
