[N.E. side of Oliver St.] There was set off to heirs of Anna Byles in right of their mother and their aunt Sarah Bridgham, as their share and proportion in land in Oliver St., being the estate of their grandfather, Oliver Noyes; in which land Samuel Byles (a minor), now deceased, the youngest son of sd Anna Byles, Mather as the part of Samuel Byles becomes the legal heir to his son's share and said Gawen Brown guardian to Mather Brown, applied to join in the sale of his son's part.
