Anna Elizabeth Muller/Miller was born at Gimpweiler, Zweibrucken, Germany. She was the daughter of John Abraham Staud and Anna Katharine Geiss.

Anna married Jacob Mueller/Muller/Miller (1721-1798) in May 1740 at Berks County, Pennsylvania. Anna and Jacob were the parents of eleven known children, seven boys and four girls, namely:

1. Johannes "John" Miller (1741-1825) 2. Johanna Salome Miller Krause (1743-1796) 3. Abraham Miller (1744-1751) 4. Joseph Miller (1747-1804) 5. Catherine Miller Rothrok (1749-1803) 6.
