Came into Court George Schrom and Jacob Reiff Executors of The last Will and Testiment of Hans Seiler Deceased and pro duced the Accompl of their Administration of the said Testors Estat e as settled by their Register by which appears that there is a Balance i n their han be distributed agreeable to the said Testors Will of four h undred and seventy eight Pounds nine Shillings and eight Pence which being exa mined by the Court they do approve of the same and It is therefore Order ed and decreed by the court that the said Executors do pay unto Ja cob Simmon and Anna Maria his Wife which said Anna Maria was the lat e Widow of the said Hans Seiler Deceased the sum of one hundred an d sixty three pounds eight Shillings and seven Pence half p enny for her share of the Testors Real and Personal Estate. That the said Executors do likewi se pay unto Jacob Seiler, Anna Maria Seiler, John Seiler, Martin Seiler, Mich ael Seiler, Elizabeth Seiler, Henry Seiler and Alexander Seiler each of them or t o their Guardians respectively the sum of thirty nine Pounds seven Shilling s and seven Pence Farthing in full for their respective Shares of the Real an d Personal Estate of their said Father the Testor pursuant to his said will.

Came to Court Jacob Seiler, John Seiler, and Martin Seiler the Children of Hans Seyler Deceased and prayed to the Cour t to permit them to choose Guardians for themselves, they being upward s of fourteen years of Age, who being servally asked by the Court they al l Named George Schrom of Manchester Township and Philip Gouff of Do ver Township to be their guardians of the said minors accordingly.

Came into the Court Anna Maria Simmon late Anna Maria Sayler and prayed to the Court to appoint Guardians for fou r of her Children by her former Husband Hannes Sayler Deceased to wit Michae l Sayler, Elizabeth Sayler, Henry Sayler and Alexander Sayler all min ors under the age of fourteen years. It is therefore Considered by the Co urt and Ordered that Joseph Welschhans and Philip Gouff be and is h ereby Appointed the Guardians of the persons and Estates of the s aid Minors.
