According to Anderson: Anna Chandler, d/o Edmund Chandler, was b. about 1640, to his second unknown wife. There is no further record of Anna after mention in her father's 1662 will.[1]
"For preventing of [ ] may arise among relation by ye neglect of there predesesors yt having sume estate to dispose of… I ye widow Ane pickworth of Manchester… doe ordayne this as my last will & testyment…
Imprymes I give & bequeath to my too daughters Ruth Masters and Rachell Sible all my weareing clothes and in ptickueler to my daughter Sible my bed yt I now ly on wth ye Curtines and the coverled yt was left mee by my sonn John pickworth the which I give her booth bed & curtins & coverled as foresd and wt more is left yt is properly myne to dispose of I give & bequeath too Ruth & Rachell as aforesd to bee devided betwixt them bothas all so three puter platers [ ] to be disposed of one yt I give to my sonn Joseph pickworth daughter ane pickworth by name and ye second to my grand child Ane Killem ye daughter of John Killem and the third to my daughter Rachell Sible youngest daughter her name being Ane Sible this being my proper goods to dispose…

The inventory amounted to £32.7s. On 26 June 1683 the estate of John Pickworth Senior, deceased was distributed to Ruth Masters, Rachell Sibly, Joseph Pickworth, Samuel Pickworth Jr. and Hannah Kellum’s children. [2]
