Anne Baldwin, dau. of Horace Baldwin and Rachel Marsh, was b. in Litchfield, Conn., Apr. 8,1792; m. Oct. 4,1813. with COL.JOHN STONE, b. Dec. 4,1788, s. John Stone and Sola Watkins of Litchfield. He was a blacksmith at Binghamton, NY., her he d. Aug. 9,1850. She was living there in 1858. (See "Hyde Genealogy").

Children were: James (1814), George (1816), Ashbel Frederick (1820), John Watkins (1831), Jennet (twin to Jane; 1834), and Jane (twin; 1834).
