A contract for the marriage of Lady Anne Douglas and George Hay, 2nd Earl of Kinnoull was signed on 7 September 1622. She died circa December 1667. She was buried on 6 December 1667. She was the daughter of William Douglas, 7th Earl of Morton and Lady Anne Keith. She was also known as Agnes. Her married name became Hay. As a result of her marriage, Lady Anne Douglas was styled as Countess of Kinnoull on 16 December 1634.
