He bequeaths his soul to God and his body to be decently buried at the discretion of his Executrix. To his Grandchild ANN PHILLIPS a Cow calfe. To HENRY THORNTON son of ROGER THORNTON a Cow calfe To ELIZABETH PHILLIPS a Cow calfe to be paid them at the discretion of his Executrix hereafter named. To RUTH WILLIAMS my daughter-in-law the first mare colte as either of my mares bring. To my loving wife Joane Loyd my whole heire and sole Executrix of all my lands goods Chattels & Cattle moveables and immoveables. Teste: Lewis Loyd Seal William X Smith, aged 39 years of thereabouts. William Davis, aged 48 years or thereabouts.
