Anthony Bruski was conscripted into the Prussian Army and trained as a cannoneer. He was wounded in battle but recovered. Came on the French liner Roland from Prussia to America 1881.
When he came into manhood his family arranged his married to an orphan girl names Julia Bakowska that had been taken in as a housekeeper by the Bruski family.
Died in his sixties.
