About Antonio Guzmán y García
Antonio Guzmán y García was a Filipino politician. He represented the second district of Cagayan at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 2, 1925 to June 5, 1928. He was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention representing the same area in 1934.
