Leibush Wolf was a young studious Yeshive bujer very much loved and appreciated by his parents Chaim and Chaia Wolf. He learned in a renowned Yeshiva in Slovakia and came home to Tekovo on holidays. All through his few lasts visits he told everyone ready to listen that in Slovakia they murder Jews. Nobody listened. They believed he is, “nebech” home stricken, longing for his family. During his last Passover visit the Germans transported him together with his family and all of his remaining Tekovo Jewish community to Auswitz, where he and almost all of them have been murdered. May their souls rest in peace.
