Arnold Richards

 Arnold Richards, a son of John Jacob Richards, was born in VA about 

1754 and died at Richards Fort in Harrison County VA in an Indian attack

August 6, 1782. He married Martha

   Arnold's daughters were bound in court to a Thomas McCann March 

19, 1787, in Harrison County, VA. The girls chose Robert Lowther as their

guardian.

   Arnold Richards appears in a 1774 payroll list of Harrison County VA residents who served in Lord Dunmore’s War in 1774. He is credited with 132 days service.
