About Arnulfo of Burgundy
Filadelfo Mugnos, writes about Arnulfo who was the son of Rubberto (Robert) Duke of Borgogne. Rubberto is said to have had Henrico (Henry) who also became Duke of Borgogne, Arnulfo, Corrado and Borbone.
- Questo Rubberto procreò Henrico, che successe al padre nel medesimo Ducato,ed acquistò la Contea d'Angiò, Arnulfo,Corrado,e Borbone.
- ~This Rubberto procreated Henrico, who succeeded his father in the same Duchy, and purchased the County of Anjou, Arnulfo, Corrado, and Bourbon.
The text says that Arnulfo was given the governance of the county of Anjou but he gave up his role to pursue gloria militare. Together with his brothers Corrado and Borbone he served under the Norman militants in Italy.
