When her father General Juan de Olivares died, he left Beatriz and her husband Juan Chapa both of his ranches, and all his land holdings. They continued to farm and ranch these Haciendas for years after that. Juan De Olivares' ranch was named EL RANCHO DE SAN ANTONIO. It was located at Pescaria Chica Lake. He also had a Hacienda which he called Magadalena in Cerralvo Mexico, where he grew wheat.
