Belle McNary

OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN) The death of Mrs. Belle McNary, 91, former resident of Wabash occurred Thursday noon in the Hubbard Nursing home in LaFontaine following three years' illness.

She formerly resided here with her sister, the late Mrs. Jessie T. Smith, on East Maple street. She was born in this county April 19, 1854 to Robert and Mary Thompson.

She was the widow of Joseph T. McNary who preceded her in death in 1939. Mr. McNary was a banker and they lived in Logansport, and Indianapolis for many years during their married life. There are no close surviving relatives.

The decedant was a member of the Presbyteran church.

The body has been brought to the Hoover Funeral home where services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. the Rev. Ware W. Wimberly will be the minister and burial will be in Falls cemetery.* Reference: Find A Grave Memorial - SmartCopy: Feb 28 2021, 22:20:22 UTC
