Neil (Barra, Donald "Og"), a tailor, moved his family from the parish of Christmas Island to Red Point. He married Catherine (Rory "Saor") MacInnis, lona (see 405) and their family: Murdock, Rory, Donald, Michael, Patrick, Ben, John, Ann, Peggy, Mary (i), Christy, Mary (ii), and Teresa. 33
Ben (Neil) married first Katie MacNeil, Shenacadie. They lived in Big Beach and had a large family. Later they moved with their son "Boston Dan" and their daughter Catherine to Red Point. In a second marriage Ben married Sarah (Donald "Doctor") MacNeil, Ottawa Brook (see 225) and their family: Dan Neil, Donald John, and John. 35
Donald "Doctor" married Mary (Alexander "Miller") MacDougall, Red Point (see 393). They lived in Ottawa Brook and their family: Michael, Joseph, John and Sarah. 225
Sarah was the second wife of Ben MacNeil, Red Point (see 35), lived in Red Point, and had a family.

Neil McNeil (Ben)
This man was a tailor. He settled first at Rear Bíg Beach, but afterwards moved to Red Point, Victoria Co. He married Catherine, daughter of Rory Mclnnis (Saor), Iona.
