When Benjamin’s will was made 1 Oct 1751 his wife was Rebecca. His will was presented for probate 5 Jul 1756. [1]

Perhaps before 1711 he had a child (Benjamin b before 1711) with Abigail West, daughter of Samuel and Triphosa (---) West; born at Duxbury, 16 September 1682 (MD, 9:173); she married at Duxbury, 4 August 1714 (MD, 11:24), to Nathaniel Cole, son of Nathaniel & Sarah. Or perhaps Benjamin's brother Constant was the father.
2. On 4 Aug 1715 Benjamin married Rebecca Delano (29495) , daughter of Samuel Delano (ca 1659-bef 9 Aug 1728) & Elizabeth Standish (13574) (ca 1665-aft 1731), in Duxbury, MA.180 Born ca 1684 in Duxbury, MA.32 Rebecca died on 6 Sep 1774 in Duxbury, MA.32

•     iv. Constant, ship-joiner in Duxbury in 1761; he served as private in Capt. Gamaliel Bradford's company, 1758, raised to reduce Canada; was among those impressed for reinforcing Crown Point under Major-General Johnson;
•     v. Obed, b. ca. 1737; he was private in Capt. Gamaliell Bradford's company, 1758; in Major Moses Desson's company in 1756; set. 19 then, and in Capt. Ephraim Holmes' company, 1761;
•     vi. Jasper, b. ca. 1726, d. 28 Aug 1776, m. 5 May 1763 Rumah Southworth (b. 1742, d. 26 Dec 1828 at Duxbury, dau. of William & Betty (Fullerton) Southworth), resided at Duxbury;
•     vii. Elizabeth; and
•     viii. Deborah, b. 24 jan 1734, d. 21 Feb 1802, m. Reuben Delano (b. 6 Jul 1726, d. 1797, son of Joseph & Hannah Delano.32
