ELIZABETHTON STAR - 19JUL1974 - FUNERAL NOTICES - WILLIAMS Funeral services for Ben H. Williams, 84, of 606 W. G St., Elizabethton, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of the Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home with Rev. William L. Swafford officiating. Mrs. Reid Berry, organist, will be in charge of music. Active pallbearers: Marshall Horton, Harry Hathaway, Beryl Hyder, Lewis Propst, Kyle Chambers, Earl Shultz, Wallace Minton & R. E. Cardwell. Honorary pallbearers: Ben Gross, Dr. E. T. Pearson, Dr. W. G. Frost, Dr. David Slagle, Roy Mottern, Clifton (Pap) Allen, S. E. Slagle, members of the Baracca Class & the Men of the Church. Flowerbearers will be the Lydia Class, the Ladies of the Church, friends & neighbors. The body will remain in the Funeral Home Chapel. Friends may call at the Chapel & at the home anytime. Burial will be in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
