Benjamin Williams

Benjamin Williams, son of Richard Williams and Frances Deighton, was born about June 1651.

Benjamin Williams married Rebecca Macey, daughter of George Macey and Ann on 12 Mar 1689/1690 in Taunton, Massachusetts.

Benjamin died in July 1701 at age 50. His widow subsequently married James Leonard.
