Nathaniel Williams was born on 17 November 1639 at Taunton. He was the son of Richard Williams and Frances Dighton. Nathaniel Williams married Elizabeth Rogers, daughter of John Rogers and Anna Churchman, on 17 November 1668 at Taunton. Nathaniel Williams died on 16 August 1692 at Taunton at age 52. His wife Elizabeth was granddaughter of Thomas Rogers, Pilgrim, Mayflower Passenger.
