Assigned to Chanute AFB from 73-75 and Hahn AB Germany from 75-78. Received Air Force Commendation Medal for meritorious service at Hahn. Received MS from Troy State University, European Division in 78. Received Juris Doctor Degree from University of San Diego in 81. Editor-in-Chief, San Diego Law Review, 1980-81. Practiced law in San Diego (founding partner, Endeman, Lincoln, Turek & Heater) from 1981 until retirement in 2016. Consistently named by San Diego Magazine as one of San Diego’s top lawyers, and by the Los Angeles Times as one of the best lawyers in Southern California.
