23 Obediah⁴ Jenks (Joseph,³) born c1690 and died at West Greenwich RI in 1758. He married, first, Anna Blake. He married secondly at Providence, R. I. May 21, 1713, Alice Eddy, daughter of Zachariah and Mary (Baker or Barker) Eddy, born at Middleboro, Mass., Jan. 5, 1694. In 1731 he resided at Glocester, R. I., and at Cranston, R. I. in 1736.
