Research Note==In Zebulon's will there is no child named Hannah as given in William RStout's, unsourced family tree, who married John Brinson, son of Barefoot and Mary Popinga. It also names Stout and Zebulon as their sons along with two other. His will names their mother as Rachel Barton (Bartow) which is in conflict with this source, states John married an Arrowsmith and was named in his father's will along with his children, Daniel and Mary.<ref>Somerset Historical Quarterly, A. Van Doren Honeyman, Ed., 1914, Vol III, "The Brunson (Brinson - Bryson) Family, William H Benedict, p. 289 https://play.google.com/books/reader?id=vxFJAQAAMAAJ&printsec=front...</ref> It appears that Nathan Stout cited above may have begun this error and John E Stillwell, who used Stout as a source, perpetuated it. Clearly, in the will Rachel Barton is identified as the mother of two grandsons: Stout Brinson and Zebulon Brinson. There is a bond against Stephen Barton, Rachel's current husband. This is also true for two granddaughters, Charity Sortor and Larany Bryant, and children of Charity, his deceased daughter. Natte (Nathaniel) Stout, her widower married Sarah, her sister who was a widow and has a bond against him for the two girls.
