About Captain Elijah Estabrooks, Jr

Elijah's parents were, ELIJAH ESTABROOK and HANNAH DANIEL, from Massachusetts (From Estabrook Family of Aroostook County, Maine).

Elijah served 1758-1760 in Col. Prebbles's Regiment of Provincials and fought at Ticonderoga. In 1776, Elijah took part in an expedition against the British at Fort Cumberland. He was a farmer and a member of the Congregational Church. Elijah died in 1796 in Swan Creek, Queens Co., New Brunswick, Canada and was buried in the Garrison Graveyard, Jemseg, Queens Co., New Brunswick, Canada.
