Carrie M Eberly

Carrie M. Eberly, 91, formerly of Stevens, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Fairmount Homes, Ephrata.

She was born in Robeson Township, Berks County, to the late Henry and Caroline (Musser) Eberly.

Carrie was a member of the Martindale Mennonite Church, Weaverland Conference. She worked in sewing at the former Walter W. Moyer, Ephrata and she also worked at the Denver Nursing Home.

She is survived by 26 nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Norman Eberly, Edwin Eberly, Minnie Zimmerman, Anna Weaver, Lizzie Zimmerman, Martha Eberly, Elsie Eberly and Lydia Hoover.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2013 from 6 to 8 PM at the Wheat Ridge Chapel, Fairmount Homes, 333 Wheat Ridge Drive, Ephrata. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 4 at 9:30 AM at Wheat Ridge Chapel, with further services at 10 AM at the Martindale Mennonite Church with Bishop Amos Martin and Ministers Ivan Hurst, Paul Hurst and Glenn Weaver officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining church cemetery.
