6/2/23 New Info: WB - Very excited about this! See what is noted on her will ....
Kindly note the names of the farm/s and a possible family cemetery.
She lived on the farm: Waaghoek in Worcester ( Western Cape)
Boschesmansvalley - at the foot of the Waaihoek Mountain, in the Breedevalley - it was a small piece of land given to her, by her mother! This is the current amazing setup at Bosjes!
See: https://bosjes.co.za/
Also this: https://www.ribaj.com/buildings/steyn-studio-garden-cafe-chapel-bos...
In this piece is is stated that: "The family of the current owner of Bosjes, an ambitious new hospitality development and garden on a working farm 110km northeast of Cape Town, took ownership of this mountainside property in 1831. Among the fixtures was a rectangular manor house erected in 1790 in the prevailing Cape-Dutch style. The years between the house’s construction and its acquisition by the Botha-Stofberg clan were tumultuous. Deep ravines in the neighbouring mountains provided ample refuge for bandits and cattle rustlers. Waaihoek Peak, immediately behind Bosjes and named for the intemperate winds that plague the heat-wracked Cape in summer, was especially notorious. The last ‘drosters’ were flushed out of their elevated hideout only in the 1820s.
Interesting - maybe our elusive forefather old F E Prins (O' Brien) was hiding here!!! ???? It is fitting in with the whole family verbal tradition on him!
South Africa’s colonial history is inescapable at Bosjes. Formerly known as Bosjesman’s Valley Farm, the estate’s shortened name retains a vestigial reference to the region’s indigenous San peoples – Bushmen, or Bosjesmans in Dutch. Its new name translates as ‘bushes’ and shifts the focus to the region’s once dominant, but now critically endangered heathland of fynbos and renosterveld.
The Morgenrood Farm cemetery in the Waaihoekberge Eendracht 252 - a lot of Hugo graves are here, people that are related to her. Is it possible that she and her husband F E Prins ( O' Brien) S/V PROG could maybe be buried here?

Also just picked up on the farm name : Waayhoek - could this be the same as Waaihoek? -WB
Just also found out, that the piece of land Ondererf, that was given to her by her mother, was also known/called Wilgevlei. I am working to find out who now lives there, as I am excited that she and her husband might actually possibly be buried here! (Wishfull thinking????!!!) - WB on 17/6
Built in 1830, Oom Koos’s old cellar is apparently still standing on the farm now known as Wilgevlei, located on the R43 between Worcester and Wolseley, next to Botha Cellar, the giant co-operative to which it still supplies grapes. In fact, Wilgevlei is one of Botha Cellar’s five ‘priority farms’ from a biodiversity point of view, on account of its ‘pristine mountain fynbos, covered for the most part by the vulnerable Breede Shale Fynbos’.

What’s more, Wilgevlei is still farmed by a Hugo (albeit not a direct descendant of Oom Koos Mosterdpotjie): Viljoen Hugo, whose brother Pieter Hugo serves on the board of directors at Botha Cellar. A former KWV director and Vinpro chairman, Pieter Hugo has over 40 years of experience in the wine industry and is quite possibly the only living person to have tasted Oom Koos Mosterdpotjie Wyn.
