The will of Arthur was proved in Surry Co. Court September 5, 1710 and named the following children:
- 4. Catherine Allen, born perhaps 1680. Along with her brother John, she was one of the executors of their father's will. She was still living in March, 1711, when she and her brother appeared in court as executors of the will.
