CATHERINE COLQUHOUN

Catherine Colquhoun here treated is the daughter of Sir John Colquhoun of Luss and Lady Elizabeth Stewart. She married Duncan MacFarlane of that Ilk. They had a charter for the lands of Arrochar on 17 July 1543. Her husband was killed in action on 10 September 1547, at the Battle of Pinkie Cleugh.Colquhoun I: 93-4
