Catherine Grey was the daughter of Thomas Grey, 2nd Marquess of Dorset and Margaret Wotton.1 She married Henry Fitzalan, 19th Earl of Arundel, son of William FitzAlan, 18th Earl of Arundel and Anne Percy, after 25 January 1524/25.1,2 She died on 1 May 1542.

From after 25 January 1524/25, her married name became Fitzalan.1
