Catherine married Edmund Thomas and together they had a son:

1. Jacob Thomas.

Catherine married John Holzclau (Holtzclaw) circa 1730 and together they had the following 7 children:

1. Henry Holtzclaw;
2. Catherine Martin (Holtzclaw);
3. Mary Bennett (Holzclaw);
4. Joseph Holtzclaw;
5. Elizabeth Duncan (Holtzclaw);
6. Benjamin Holtzclaw, Sr.;
7. Josiah Holtzclaw.

She died iafter 1763.

Per Cathi Clore Frost in Germanna Descendants database notes for her, "Her maiden is not known, and there is no evidence that it was Russell, despite the fact that B. C. Holtzclaw wrote that she MIGHT be a daughter William Russell. His estate records, however, name no daughter..."
