Death of Mrs. Kastner One of the oldest residents of the city passed away on Sunday night in the person of Mrs. Michael Kastner, Caledonia St., at the age of 78. The deceased has not been in good health for some months, and her death was not unexpected. She leaves a family of four sons and four daughters as follows: John Kastner, this city; Jacob of London; George of Detroit; Edward of London; Mrs. Edmonson, Chatham; and Mrs. Michael Goettler, Miss Elizabeth and Miss Susan at home. The funeral will take place on Wednesday.

Mrs. Kastner's Funeral The funeral of the late Mrs. Kastner took place yesterday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from her late residence on Caledonia St. to St. James' (Anglican) church were Rev. D. Williams, M. A. conducted the services. From the church the cortege proceeded to Avondale cemetery, where the remains were interred. The pallbearers were Messrs. E. Hildebrand, C. Goettler and the Messrs. Kastner all grandsons of the deceased. Inscription: KASTNER (Headstone simply states surname - no indiviuals' names or dates are given)
