About Catherine Matcham
From The Pursuit of Victory: The Life and Achievement of Horatio Nelson, by Roger J.B. Knight (2005):
Their marriage was a happy and successful one. They lived at Barton Hall nearby for a time and then moved away from Norfolk.
They were frequent visitors at Merton, the country home of Lord Nelson and Emma Hamilton, and Emma played a big role in helping to raise and educate their daughters. Nelson and Emma's daughter, Horatia, moved in with them after her mother died in Calais.
See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emma,_Lady_Hamilton for mentions of their role in Emma's life.
