(From p. 657) “6” Catherine Beverley3 b. 12-17-1708 d. (will proved 4-14-1778) m. “before, 1742 probably 1729” George Stubblefield of Spotsylvania Co. d. 9-11-1751. He is reported to have been a building Construction Contractor. In her will Catherine mentions her granddaughter Catherine, dau. of Robert Stubblefield and Susanna dau. George Stubblefield.
