Deed of Gift and for half profits of a water mill and of the Benefit of the Orchards, etc., on a plantation known as Lanches Quarter. 595 a. in Spts. Co., part of a tract devised the sd. Susanna by the last will and testament of Harry Beverley, Gent., Decd., etc., etc. Witnesses, Lark. Chew, Jos. Brock, Benja. Winslow, Mary Chew. July 8,1752.
