About Catherine Dianna Ussery
Catherine Dianna Adkisson Ussery was born May 24th, 1806 in Maury county Tennessee to John Morrison Adkisson and Margaret Adkisson. In 1825 she married Peter Ussery of Montgomery County, North Carolina, in Maury County Tennessee.
They had the following children there: Thomas H, Jesse William, Arnieres Annuel, Benny Sylvester, Larry B, Bolen, and Jacob P.
Dianna and family moved to Green County, Missouri in 1837 and had six more children: Doctor Benjamin, William Elisha, Andrew Jackson (twin), Martin VanBuren (twin), Sarah E, and King David.
She died May 20th, 1886 in Norwood twp, Wright county Missouri and is buried in the Ussery family cemetery located on the Raney farm near Owens, Wright County, Missouri.
