About Cayetano Lukbán
Cayetano Lukbán was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the first district of Rizal at the Philippine Assembly from October 16, 1907 to October 16, 1907. He also represented Camarines Norte at the National Assembly from November 15, 1935 to September 30, 1936, when his election was annulled by electoral commission due to lack of legal residency.
