Charles Hiram Randall (July 23, 1865 – February 18, 1951), known as Charles Randall, was a member of the U.S. Congress, the California State Assembly and the Los Angeles City Council in the 20th Century. To date, he is the only candidate of the Prohibition Party to have been elected to the United States Congress.
