Charles Jolliffe Dead. Charleston Gazette. Charleston, WV. May 20, 1932. Charles E. Jolliffe, 72, auditor in the state tax commissioner's office, died early Wednesday at his home in Morgantown. He was appointed by Gov. E. F. Morgan. His widow survives him, besides five sons, including O. Paul Jolliffe of Charleston and Dr. C. B. Jolliffe of Washington, cheif engineer of the federal radio comission. Two daughters also survive.
