furniture, one Colt Excepted, Which I give to my Son Marshal Parks, the

Ballance of My Estate at her Death, it is My Desire to be Equally Divided

Between My Sons here named. John Parks, Charles Parks, Abraham

Parks, Theophelus Parks, and My Daughter Mary Bobo and Mary Salmons

Daughter of my Wives, and Benjamin Bobo and Hanna Bobo - Whom I

Constitute my Heirs. In Witness Whereof I set my hand this 2nd day of

November 1805. It further my Desire that this Will be Deposited in the

hands of My Son John Parks to See it Punctually Compiled with. his
