About Charlotte Bard (Barker)
Charlotte was the daughter of Warren Lawrence Barker and Rosa Parker. After the death of her father, Charlotte's mother, Rosa would later marry Cairs M. "Pink" Phillips, widower of Ella Lucinda {Barker} Cochran-Phillips.
She married Robert Bard, son of Coley Bard and Emma Fox on 12 Jul 1936 in Swain County, NC.
Charlotte and Robert would have 4-children before their marriage would end in divorce in 1959.
Charlotte died at Swain County Hospital. She was laid to rest near her mother, Rosa.
