Charlotte Agnes Mackey

Charlotte A. Mackey, 82, died at 5:16 a.m. May 24 at her home in Lima. She was born June 4, 1915, in Covington, Ky., to Dr. Edward and Clara (Schwieterman) Ellerbrock. On Jan. 31, 1942 she married Albert R. Mackey, who survives. Other survivors are a son and his wife, Dr. Robert E. and Jean of Lima, and a son a. Roland of St. Augustine, Fla.; a daughter and her husband, Mary and David Lamon, Columbus; a sister Betty Smith, Lima; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Deceased are two brothers, Dr. Vincent and Edward Ellerbrock. She was a self-employed cosmetologist for 38 years and a member of St. Rose Catholic Church and its Altar Rosary Society and St. Rita Auxiliary, Lima. Funeral mass was at 10 am today at the church, the Rev. Norbert Howe officiating. Burial was at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima. Chiles & son-Laman Funeral Home, Shawnee Chapel, Lima handled arrangements. Contributions can be made to the church, St. Rita's Hospice or American Cancer Society.
