Chaya Helene Cudkowicz

Chaya was Meir's third wife and the mother of most of his children.

When in 1938 Chaya and Majer had to leave Chemnitz , Germany (as they had Polish passports), they moved back to Lodz. They lived with Meir's eldest daughter, Gela Patt.
