Fought in the Battle of Franklin Park Settlement with Ottawa and Pottawatomi families of Little Crow. Had a settlement in Toledo Ohio and later farther south in Turtle Creek Ohio. Was a proponent of native sovereignty. Was a leader of the council of 3 fires with frequent trips to Minnesota to Little Crow Band who were his cousins. Fought with the Little Crow Trading Village located located 3 miles northeast of the Franklin Park Settlement in the fallen Timbers War, 3-miles south of Indian creek and 3 miles west of the Mishkiman camp at the mouth of Halfway Creek.
