GEDCOM Note
Family story (from one of Christina's children) said that she left Ireland around the age of 12, worked in England and then came to the US.
"As my mother put it, they were knocked from pillar to post". </line><line /><line>"My mother often told of his saying that his children should remember that 'although poor, they were of gentile stock'."</line><line /><line>"My mother often told of sneaking onto the grounds of this castle and playing (Charleville Castle). She told of dancing on iron plates on the grounds, only to find out years later that they were the plates covering the graves of the members of the royal family who used the castle as a home. Anne Boleyn's children are supposed to be buried there."</line><line /><line>http://charlevillecastle.ie/
